10 Week Course Overview

While this video is about the 10-week course design, the topics covered are the same.

This is a short overview of the Continuing Education Course for Mental Health Service Providers Working With Trans and Nonbinary Clients.

Video Description: Kyle is standing in front of a blue wall. They are a light-skinned person of color. They are wearing black framed glasses and they have a goatee. They are wearing earrings in both ears, one is a rainbow set of safety pins, the other is a small blue zipper, and the third is a long silver design. They are wearing a blue button up shirt with small white penguins and underneath they are wearing a light pink t-shirt. Throughout the video text appears to the left of Kyle and is the same as what is being spoken.

Course Inspiration

This is the story of why this CE course was created. It is a personal account of experiences with different therapists on the journey to obtain hormone-replacement therapy as a trans person.

Video Description: Kyle is sitting in front of a white wall. They are visible from mid-chest up. They have curly brown hair that rests just above their shoulders. They are wearing classes with black frames. They have a goatee and are wear a salmon colored hoodie and black shirt underneath. Kyles nails are painted purple. They are speaking to the camera and sometimes they rest their arm on their knee, which is off frame, or gesticulate as they speak.
